The Fabbri Artisan Pasta Workshop is in Strada in Chianti, 10 Km South of Florence. For those coming from Florence on the A1 motorway, take the Florence-South (Firenze-Sud) exit and then to feed onto the SS 222 (Via Chiantigiana) towards Siena.
One then crosses the village of Grassina and, after another ca 8 Km, one finds Strada in Chianti (a fraction of Greve in Chianti).
On arriving in Piazza Landi, in the centre of the village, one has already arrived…
