Our pasta is made from the best Italian wheat grains, which have not undergone genetic alteration.
We extrude it through bronze using the same extruders passed down through 5 generations and above all we dry it naturally, below 38°C,
so as not to alter its nutritional values and ensure it won’t overcook and is always “al dente” .
That’s why we’re pleased to let you taste it.
