Museum Visit + Pasta Workshop: From milling to fresh pasta making using historic machines. Practical explanation and demonstration of gluten formation, differences between ancient and modern grains, and a comparison between industrial and artisanal pasta.

The visit also includes: tour of the production facility with 1950s machines and visit to the drying chambers.

Duration: 1 hour

Cost: €25 per person (free for children).
Group Discount: Available for groups of at least 10 people.

Opening Days: Monday to Friday.

Closed on Saturdays and Sundays.

Visiting Hours: From 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (last entry at 3:30 PM).

At the end of the visit, we are delighted to offer you a package of pasta made from 100% organic Italian grains.

The tour is available in Italian, English, and French.

Max group size: 20 people.
