Due to a temporary difficulty in sourcing Tuscan wheat that meets our quality standards, part of our semolina will be milled in the Marche region. Until further notice, our semolina pasta will remain 100% Italian, organic, and made from Cappelli wheat.
Tasting Kit
Tasting kits are synonymous with a product ‘made the way it used to be.’
Giovanni Fabbri (4th generation), an artisan pasta maker for over fifty years, has personally selected the contents of each pack to showcase his artisanal pasta.
Each kit contains 2 kg of organic pasta made from 100% Italian wheat. Moreover, thanks to the Fabbri processing method, the pasta is both healthy and highly digestible.
