Guided tours
Our guide will take you to the upper floor, where our production is carried out using original machines from the 1950s. Here, you will have the opportunity to discover the secrets of our pasta production, the importance of using temperatures below 38°C, and the beneficial effects that ancient grains have on our health.

In our museum, you will experience a fascinating journey into the daily life of the 20th century and the early 1900s. We are surrounded by a rich collection of tools for grain processing, pasta production, and ethnographic objects: from presses to guitars, vintage scales, and sifters.

Our library consists of rare volumes available to students, professors, and other enthusiasts.
The library is open to anyone interested in acquiring rare texts. Volumes are classified by topic and period: pasta-making industry and vintage machinery, scientific literature on grains, a wide range of recipe books, and many other curiosities.
