Our Spaghettone was included in the Gambero Rosso Hall of Fame of Italian Excellence, published on the occasion of its 25th anniversary.

“It takes a full eighteen minutes to cook a Fabbri spaghettone, the flagship product of this historic Tuscan pasta maker. Yet the time required to prepare this extraordinary pasta—measuring 2.8 mm in diameter and still produced using machinery dating back to the 1950s—is time well spent, accompanied by an exceptional aroma of wheat.

This is well known among industry professionals and many of Italy’s finest chefs, who simply cannot do without Fabbri pasta. Led by Giovanni, the fourth generation of the family, the company produces only ten quintals per day, ensuring outstanding quality.
